RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGAGEMENT OF BAUER APPRAISAL
GROUP, INC. TO PROVIDE APPRAISAL IN CONNECTION WITH
ARTICLE 7 ASSESSMENT PROCEEDING

WHEREAS, Charles Wood has commenced Article 7 Real Property Tax Assessment
Proceedings against the Town of Queensbury concerning property located at North and Garrison
Roads (Tax Map No.: 106-3-23) for the 1998 and 1999 tax years, and
WHEREAS, the Town is required to file an appraisal with the Warren County Supreme Court,
and
WHEREAS, the Town Assessor has recommended that the Town Board engage the services
of Bauer Appraisal Group, Inc. to provide the appraisal for the approximate amount of $2,500,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes the
engagement of Bauer Appraisal Group, Inc. to furnish a Court-ready appraisal in connection with
Article 7 Real Property Tax Assessment Proceedings commenced by Charles Wood concerning
property located at North and Garrison Roads (Tax Map No.: 106-3-23) for the 1998 and 1999 tax
years for an approximate cost of $2,500 to be paid for from the appropriate account, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Assessor and/or Town
Supervisor to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of this
Resolution.
