RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CENTRAL
QUEENSBURY QUAKER ROAD SEWER DISTRICT BENEFIT TAX ROLL

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury wishes to adopt the proposed
Central Queensbury Quaker Road Sewer District Benefit Tax Roll for 2000, a copy of which has been
presented at this meeting, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board must conduct a public hearing prior to adoption of the proposed
2000 Benefit Tax Roll,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury shall hold a public hearing on

September 20, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. at the Queensbury Activities Center, 742 Bay Road, Queensbury to
hear all interested parties and citizens concerning the proposed 2000 Benefit Tax Roll, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Queensbury Town Clerk
to publish a Notice of Hearing in the official newspaper for the Town not less than ten (10) days prior
to the hearing date.
