RESOLUTION APPOINTING ROBERT COMEAU AS FULL-TIME
SCHOOL TRAFFIC OFFICER AND JOANNE TOUSSAINT AS
SUBSTITUTE SCHOOL TRAFFIC OFFICER

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, a vacant School Traffic Officer (Crossing Guard) position exists within the Town
of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to appoint someone to this full-time position, as well as
appoint a substitute,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby appoints Robert
Comeau as full-time School Traffic Officer (Crossing Guard) and Joanne Toussaint as a substitute for

the position, effective September 8, 1999 at the current rate of pay for the School Traffic Officer
(Crossing Guard) position to be paid from the appropriate payroll account, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Controller’s Office to complete any forms necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
