RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF BOBCAT LOADER

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury wishes to purchase one (1) Bobcat
Loader Model 863 with accessories in accordance with State Contract No.: PC54586,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes the
purchase of one (1) Bobcat Loader Model 863 with accessories in accordance with State Contract
No.: PC54586 for the approximate amount of $27,500, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs that the Bobcat purchase be
charged to the Sidewalk Department in the General Fund, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Controller’s Office
to transfer funds as needed from Contingency and take such other and further action necessary to
effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
