RESOLUTION ADDING “SHOP ROAD” AND “SHORE ACRES ROAD” TO
LIST OF TOWN PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS AND ROAD NAMES

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 434.95, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury adopted
a list of names for private driveways and roads in the Town in connection with the 911 addressing
system, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to add “Shop Road” and “Shore Acres Road” to its list
of private driveways and road names,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby adds “Shop Road” and
“Shore Acres Road” to its list of private driveways and roads in the Town of Queensbury, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Highway
Department to arrange for installation of the necessary poles and street signs identifying Shop Road
and Shore Acres Road, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that any expenses associated with this Resolution shall be paid for from the
appropriate account.
