RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN
TOWN OF QUEENSBURY AND HYDE COLLECTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an agreement with the Hyde
Collection, and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement, in form approved by Town Counsel, is presented at this
meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves of the
Agreement between the Town and the Hyde Collection and authorizes and directs the Town
Supervisor to execute the Agreement, with funding for the Agreement to be paid for from the
appropriate Town account.
