RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH IACA WORLD
AWARENESS CHILDREN'S MUSEUM

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to contract with the IACA World Awareness
Children's Museum for the year 2000, and
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement, in form approved by Town Counsel, is presented at this
meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves of the
Agreement between the Town and the IACA World Awareness Children’s Museum and authorizes
and directs the Town Supervisor to execute the Agreement, with funding for the Agreement to be paid
for from the appropriate Town account.
