RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY AND MOUNTAINSIDE FREE LIBRARY

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an agreement with the
Mountainside Free Library, and
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement, in form approved by Town Counsel, is presented at this
meeting
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves the
Agreement with Mountainside Free Library and authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to execute
the Agreement with funding to be paid for from the appropriate Town account.
