RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY AND VOLUNTARY ACTION CENTER

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an Agreement with the Voluntary
Action Center, and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement, in form approved by Town Counsel, is presented at this
meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves the
Agreement with Voluntary Action Center and authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to execute
the Agreement, with funding for the Agreement to be paid for from the appropriate Town account.
