RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY AND AMERICAN LEGION POST 533
RESOLUTION NO. 408, 1999

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an Agreement with American
Legion Post 533, and
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement, in form approved by Town Counsel, is presented at this
meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves the
Agreement between the Town and American Legion Post 533 and authorizes and directs the Town
Supervisor to execute the Agreement with funding to be paid for from the appropriate Town account.
