RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY AND BIG BROTHER/BIG SISTERS
RESOLUTION NO. 409, 1999

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an agreement with Big
Brothers/Big Sisters, and
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement in form approved by Town Counsel is presented at this
meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves of the
Agreement between the Town and Big Brothers/Big Sisters and authorizes and directs the Town
Supervisor to execute the Agreement, with funding to be paid for from the appropriate Town account.
