ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Town of
Queensbury, County of Warren, State of New York, and bounded on the North
and West by Lockhart Loop (old [1930] S.H. 1869) on the South and East by
New York State Tre. 9L (S.H. 1869) and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the intersection of the North R.O.W. line of Rte. 9L with the
East R.O.W. line of Lockhart Loop, said point being North 3 8 degrees 1 5' West
100.45 feet from the Southwest Corner of Lot#5 of the subdivision of the "Lands
of Edmund F. Tomac, Jr.," running thence along the East and South R.O.W. line of
Lock Loop the following seven (7) courses:
1) North 0 degrees 47' East 28.19 feet to a point,
2) North 25 degrees 05 'East 214.28 feet to a point,
3) North 43 degrees 35' East 86.00 feet to a point,
4) North 67degrees 09 'East I12.91feet to a point,
5) South 85 degrees 36' East 43.11 feet to a point,
6) South 54 degrees 57 'East 98.16 feet to a point, and
7) South 44 degrees 14 ' East 226.96 feet to a point,
said point being South 11 degrees 07' West 52.87 feet from the Southwest
corner of Lot#3, said point also being located in the North R.O.W. line of State
Rte. #9L, running thence along said North R.O.W. line the following three (3)
courses:
I) North 83 degrees 48' West 129.66 feet to a point,
2) South 85 degrees 07' West 157.70 feet to a point, and
3) South 66 degrees 54' West 272.00 feet to the point of beginning.
All bearings mentioned herein were as the needle pointed in 1975.
