RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HEALTH OFFICER SERVICE CONTRACT
BY AND BETWEEN ROBERT EVANS AND TOWN OF QUEENSBURY

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 17, 99, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury
appointed Robert Evans as the Town’s Health Officer, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize an agreement with Robert Evans to serve as
the Town’s Health Officer for a four (4) year term beginning January 1, 2000, and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement, in form approved by Town Counsel, is presented at this
meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby reaffirms and re-
appoints Robert Evans as the Town’s Health Officer for the year 1999, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board appoints Robert Evans as Town Health Officer for a four
(4) year term beginning January 1, 2000, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves of the
Agreement between the Town and Robert Evans and authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute the Agreement, with funding for the Agreement to be paid for from the appropriate Town
account.
