RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING UPGRADE FOR RICHARD PARISH FROM
LABORER TO MOTOR EQUIPMENT OPERATOR (MEO) AT TOWN
LANDFILLTRANSFER STATION

WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Facilities Operator has recommended that the Town Board
authorize an upgrade for Richard Parish from Laborer to Motor Equipment Operator (MEO) at the
Town Landfill/Transfer Station, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board agrees with this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes and directs
an upgrade for Richard Paris from Laborer to Motor Equipment Operator (MEO) effective
immediately at the rate of pay specified in the Town’s CSEA Union Agreement for the MEO position,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Controller to complete any forms and take any action necessary to effectuate the terms of this
Resolution.
