WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury Zoning
Board of Appeals in accordance with applicable New York State law, and

WHEREAS, the term of Zoning Board member Paul Hayes will expire December 31 and Mr.
Hayes has expressed interest in reappointment to the Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby reappoints Paul Hayes
to serve as a member of the Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals until his term expires on December
