WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve an audit of bills presented as
Warrant: 07212020 with a run date of 07/16/2020 and a payment date of 07/21/2020,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the audit of bills presented
as Warrant: 07212020 with a run date of 07/16/2020 and a payment date of 07/21/2020 totaling
$2,121,021.61, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
