RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN
TOWN OF QUEENSBURY AND CELLCO PARTNERSHIP
D/B/A VERIZON WIRELESS

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 58, 2015, the Queensbury Town Board authorized an
Agreement with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless (Verizon) for wireless services, and
WHEREAS, Verizon has entered into a new State contract for such services known as the
Telecommunication Connectivity Services Group 77017, Award 23100, Contract #PS68692 and
therefore the Town Board wishes to continue with and enter into an Agreement with Verizon for these
services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves and authorizes an Agreement
with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless for wireless services in accordance with the State
contract for such services known as the Telecommunication Connectivity Services Group 77017,
Award 23100, Contract #PS68692 in a form to be acceptable to the Town Supervisor, Town Budget
Officer, Town Purchasing Agent and/or Town Counsel, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute such Agreement and any other necessary documentation and authorizes and directs the Town
Supervisor, Town Budget Officer, Town Purchasing Agent and/or Town Counsel to take such other
and further action necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
