However, it appears that your structure, which is elevated away from a stream,would not be in the flood zone,and it would be in a Zone C area. If the Bank wishes to confine this,you would have to have the surveyor who was doing your final survey plot the flood plain boundaries on your property to show that the structure is not within the flood zone. As I stated,from our maps,it appears that the dwelling itself is not located in the flood zone. If you require any additional information,please don't hesitate to contact me.
