I also move that we grant relief of 24 feet for C m D Parcel Number One , so designated by the map , and 28 feet for the = D -1 westerly structure , designated Parcel Two, from the existing D v = shoreline setbacks . I also move that we grant relief of 56 feet w M m for Parcel Number One , and 60 feet for Parcel Number Two , from M Z D Section 179-60B ( 1 ) (c ) , which requires 75 feet shoreline setback. < o v The practical difficulty with these two particular parcel arises in m n n attempting to create a two lot subdivision containing three 7Co -0 Z preexisting structures.
