Carvin who moved for its adoption, seconded by Joyce Eggleston:
In that it is not felt that the minimum variance necessary to alleviate practical
difficulty has been shown. That there are other options available that would
require either a limited or not variance, and that if we passed this variance,
it would be detrimental to the other properties in the district or neighborhood,
and would be in conflict with the objectives and plans and policies of the Town.
It also could have an effect on the public facilities and services.
