Dear Mr. Delisle: I am writing to you with regards to the above-reference building permit application that was submitted to us on your behalf. I have reviewed your application materials and find that your proposed project does not comply with the requirements of the Town of Queensbury Zoning Ordinance. Therefore, your plans will need to be revised or you will need to pursue an Area Variance application with the Town of Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals before we can issue a permit for you. Specifically, your application does not include a plot plan depicting the areas of construction. Additionally, per our discussions removal and reconstruction may require an Area Variance if minimum setbacks are not maintained. Your application materials cannot be further reviewed until these matters have been resolved. Revised plans can be submitted at the Building Department desk at any time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am -4:30 pm. Should you have any questions, comments or additional information that might alter this determination, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
