SCHEDULE A
ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND situate, lying and being
in the Town of Queensbury, County of Warren and State of New York more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a plastic capped 5/8" iron rod set in the ground approximately
6 feet from the shoreline of Glen Lake, which iron rod is set in the northerly
bounds of a strip of land conveyed by Nelson W. Griggs to Nancy J. Choppa
by deed dated July 23, 1987, which deed was recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Warren on December 30, 1987 in Book 701 of Deeds
at Page 96, and running from said point of beginning North 12° 22' 50" East
150.28 feet along the north line of the strip of land so conveyed by Griggs to
Choppa to a plastic capped 5/a"iron rod set in the ground for a corner;thence
North 87° 30' 20" East 129.66 feet to a 1" iron pipe set in the ground for a
corner; thence South 11° 11' 20"West 180.00 feet to an iron pipe set in the
ground at the west face of a cut stone and masonry sea wall; thence along
the west face of said sea wall to the waters of Glen Lake; thence in a
generally southerly direction along the edge of the water Glen Lake and
partly along a concrete sea wall for a distance of 133.00 feet more or less
to a point opposite the place of beginning; thence North 12° 22' 50" East
6.00 feet more or less to the point or place of beginning. Bearings set forth
herein refer to the direction of magnetic meridian in 1982.
INTENDING TO CONVEY those premises conveyed by Robert J. Hathaway
to Nelson W. Griggs and Dorothy P. Griggs by deed dated the 20th day of
June, 1961,which deed was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Warren on the 22nd day of June, 1961 in Book 410 of Deeds at Page 206
and EXCEPTING THEREFROM the above referenced strip of land so
conveyed by Griggs to Choppa.
ALSO conveying all of the right, title and interest, if any, of the said Nelson
W. Griggs in and to all lands lying between the above described penultimate
course and the center line of Glen Lake.
ALSO intending to convey all of the right, title and interest, if any, of the said
Nelson W. Griggs in and to lands lying between the second above described
course and the center line of the public road known as "Glen Lake Road."
Being the same premises conveyed by Jeffrey Godnick to Debra Godnick by
deed dated August 2, 1996 and recorded in the Warren County Clerk's
Office in Liber 989 of Deeds at Page 56.
