The new authorized dimensions of such shall not exceed 18 ' x 35 ' . Also authorized is a change in the dimensions of the northern pier from 3' wide x 25 ' long to 3' wide x 30 ' long . These changes have been indicated on the attached diagram . This letter and the attached diagram shall serve as a modification to the original permit and are incorporated into the original permit. All other terms and conditions of the permit remain in effect .
