Re: LV2016-0020 Resolution No.: BOH 8, 2016 Variance Application: West Tax Map Number: 226.15-1-17 Dear Mr. Hatin: Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination has been completed. The applicant proposes to replace the existing on-site wastewater treatment system with three (3) 2,000 gallon septic holding tanks for a total of 6,000 gallons of capacity. Relief is required from §136.11 of the Town Sewage Disposal Ordinance which prohibits holding tanks unless a variance is granted by the local Board of Health. Based on the information presented in the record, no further Agency review is required • for this variance since the project does not vary provisions of the Adirondack Park Agency Act. Thank you for your referral of this variance determination. Sincerely, _,__,, // .
