1988-04-15 SP SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING APRIL 15, 1988 3:OOP.M. MEMBERS PRESENT: Stephen Borgos-Supervisor George Kurosaka-Councilman Mrs. Marilyn Potenza-Councilman Ronald Montesi-Councilman Mrs. Betty Monahan-Councilman Meeting called to order by Supervisor Borgos RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION NO. 156, Introduced by Mr. George Kurosaka, who moved for its adoption, seconded by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza: RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby moves into executive session to discuss pending litigation and personnel matters. Duly adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Mr. Kurosaka, Mrs. Potenza, Mr. Montesi, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Borgos Noes: None Absent: None Town Board announced that at the next Board Meeting on April 26, 1988 the Board will have a formal resolution regarding emergency repairs to the Town Office Building Roof. EMERGENCY MEETING MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Stephen Borgos Mr. Ronald Montesi Mrs. Betty Monahan Discussion held in regard to property owned by Rita Frasier on Glen Street-Complaint regarding discharge of septic waste at the property at 692-694 Glen Street... RESOLUTION TO REMEDY RESOLUTION NO. 1, 1988 INTRODUCED BY MR. STEPHEN BORGOS SECONDED BY MRS. BETTY MONAHAN RESOLVED that the tenants of the building (duplex) owned by Rita Frasier must immediately vacate the building and be it further RESOLVED that the owner of the property must repair the failed septic system by Monday, April 18, 1988 or the Town of Queensbury will cause the repair to be made and the full expense will be billed to the owner. Failure to pay the expenses related to this repair will result in the property being sold by the Town to satisfy the outstanding bill.
