WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 476,2007, the Queensbury Town Board promoted Tamara
Schroeder to the position of Principal Account Clerk on a provisional basis until such time as Ms.
Schroeder successfully passed the Warren County Civil Service Promotional Exam for such position
and completion of a 90 day trial (probationary) period, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Schroeder has successfully passed the Warren County Civil Service Exam for
such position and completed her 90 day trial (probationary) period and therefore the Town Board may
appoint her on a permanent basis,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Tamara Schroeder to the
position of Principal Account Clerk on a permanent basis subject to a 30 day probationary period
commencing January 20~`, 2009, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Water
Superintendent and/or Town Budget Officer to complete any forms necessary to effectuate the terms
of this Resolution.
