AS REGULAR MEMBER OF QUEENSBURY PLANNING BOARD

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town's Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, a Planning Board "regular member" vacancy exists and therefore the Town
Board wishes to appoint current alternate member Donald Krebs to serve as a regular member on the
Planning Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints current alternate member
Donald Krebs to serve as a regular member of the Queensbury Planning Board until his term expires on
December 31st, 2015.
Duly adopted this 2"d day of February, 2009, by the following vote:
