Kushner Present; Gl~ss,Norton,Robertson, Dean, S~onds. Absent; Kirkpatriek. 1. Minutes of meeting of January 30 read and approved. 2. Chairman to contact Burdis Associates to arrange an informal meeting on February 20 to discuss the scope and details of a survey in the event a professional consultant should be engaged to make such a survey. Information deve~oped at this mee.ting will provide a basis for interviews With several consultants, leading to proposals and cost estimates for submission to the Town Board. 3. It was suggested we invite Supervisor John Webster to the meeting of February 2.0. 4. Dr Colgate Philips and Mr Richard Mead presented a letter from the Kattskill Bay Association offering their co-operation and .,-. assistance to the Plant1ing Board in any matter concerning their areao T.heir letter urged consideration of zoning and emphasized their feeling that this is a. "primary and immediate problem". T.he chai.rman explained our function as an advisory group and stressed the need for a survey and definite overall plan before the Plannjng Board could make recommendations to the Town Board on zoning or anyother phase of community planning 5.
