1. Chairman advised that the Town Board hàd requested that
the Planning Board evaluate the four propo,Sala received
and make their recommendations to the Town Board.
2.0 With this obj ecti ve in view the Planning Board proceeded
to evaluate the fol~owing proposals;
a. Burdis Associates

b. Sargent, Eebstex Crenshaw & Folley.
c. Northeast Planning Associates.
d:. Candeub, nessig & Associates.
3. After careful consideration the Planning Board selected
the firm of Candeub, Flessig & Associates.
~. The secretary was instructed to contact Mr John Webster
and arrange for a meeting with the Town Board to present
our recommebdations.
Meeting adjourned.

After consulting with Mr Webster a meeting was arranged
at the Queensbury Central School, Thursday }~y 2 at 8.30.
In view of this joint meeting, regular meeting of the
Planning Board sched~ed for ~~y 1 was postponed.
