Meeting of the Planning Board of the Town of Queensbury

L After a thorough discussion of the "Model Nobile Home
Ordinance" (Town of Fort Edward) submitted by Nr Sorrentino,
Æ. Arthur Norton proposed the fol~owing resolution which
was adopted unanimously.
"Resolved that we recommend to the Queensbury Town Board
(a) the adoption of a mobile home ordinance based on the
Town of Fort Edward ordinance with additions and deletions
as agreed upon including certain provisions from the State
Housing Code or reference to this code if adopted as
recommended in (b) the adoption of the State Housing Code..
Z. On motion of Robertson, seconded by Kirkpatrick~ George J.
Kushner was unanimously re-elected to serve as ~hairman
for the term of one (1) year to expire with the ~964 annual
meeting.
30 On motion of Robertsont seconded by Dean, J. Arthur Norton
was unanimously elected to serve as Secretary of the
Planning Board for the term of' one(l) year to, expire with
the 196~ annual meeting.
