Multi-family area out.south of A.C.C. as this is a housing development of single family houses. Cut back multifamily area on West of Bay Road. e. Question road N & E of Queensbury School·. This area can be fed by loca 1 streets. f. Suggest a loop only N of Residential on Avi~tion Road. Keep t.his resident.ial for now. This loop would come from opposite Round Pond Road (1 road only here) and return to Rout.e 9 about where shown. . This area should then be commercial 11'1 light of the property Macy's has and existing uses. The new street from Route 9 to Country Club Road should follow existing streets as far as possible. ...... ~ ...., g. Question Sherman to Dixon - perhaps use part of this for local feeders. Should be comm- ercial~~ight industrial South of Aviation Road. Question park area south of this as far as use. City's park area and oueensbury School area should cover this area of the town. h. Area south of Sherman can be serviced by new street to Northway at Corinth Road Exit.
