W.Haviland to Salvatore M.Russo by Deed dated May,1953 and recorded in the Warren County Clerk's

Warren County Clerk's Office in Book 171 of Deeds at Page 431, bounded and described as follows:-
COMMENCING on the easterly side of said premises 150'southerly of the north easterly corner thereof,
which north east corner is in the center of the highway leading from the state highway to Round Pond;
thence running in a westerly direction parallel with said road 115'to a stake drive in the ground for a
corner; thence southerly and parallel with the fence on the easterly line of said premises 100' to a
corner; thence easterly and parallel with the first mentioned line 115' to the easterly line of said

Road; thence easterly along the center of the Round Pond Road 200 feet to the point or place of
beginning,said parcel hereby conveyed being bounded on the north by the center of the Round Pond
Road,on the east by the westerly side of the Thomson Road,on the south by lands of Paul H. Colburn
and on the west by lands of Paul H. Colburn.
Parcel 3 being the same premises conveyed in a deed dated May 17, 1986 from Lawrence J.
