l. Approved minutes of April 4th and llth, 1966.
2. Discussed Slopey #2-66 Development. No action taken.
3. Kushner will talk with Van Sittert on Franklyn Manor
Section 2 #6-66.
4. Reviewed Fiscal Analysis Report. Looks good to us but
should be verified by some one who knows the figures
probably Webster.
5. Reviewed Community Facilities Plan Reports and made
corrections and comments.
6. Demboski to talk with recreation committee regarding
our proposals, No~ton to talk with Beckerle regarding
School proposals, and Demboski & Kushner to talk with
Insurance Company regarding our plans for Community
area.
7. Assignment,s for the Jaycee Meeting are as follows:
Norton - History of Planning Bo~rd.
Community Facilities Proposal - Scbools.
Cushing- Existing Community Facilities and Transportation.
Sinnott- Exist.ing Fiscal Reserves & Economic B8se.
Demboski-Conm. Facilities Proposal - Recreation.
Laakso-Land use areas and why and where set up.
Kushner-Comm. Facilities Proposal-Sewer, Wë!lt.er, Refuse
Disposal.
K.irkpatrick-out of Town.
We should give 7-8 minutes each, throw in some
¡ sbocking" figures, place notes on 3" x 5" cards.
Laakso will have a secretary and tape for comments, we
will ask for names and if they represent any group
for open question time.
8. Reviewed news release from Zunde.
9. We should hold Zoning hearings during May & June.
