RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITION OF SIGNATORIES TO
PINE VIEW CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM CHECKING ACCOUNT

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury Cemetery Commission has requested Town Board
approval to add Cemetery Commissioners Laura Vamvalis and Donna Partridge as signatories to the
Pine View Cemetery checking account at the Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company, as

delineated in the Commission’s April 8, 2009 Memorandum to the Town Board presented at this
meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes Cemetery Commissioners
Laura Vamvalis and Donna Partridge as signatories to the Pine View Cemetery checking account at

the Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company, as delineated in the Commission’s April 8, 2009
Memorandum to the Town Board presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to sign
any needed documentation, including any bank forms, and the Town Supervisor, Town Cemetery
Superintendent and/or Town Budget Officer to take any and all action necessary to effectuate this
Resolution.
