RESOLUTION ADDING BALL BOULEVARD TO LIST OF TOWN
PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS AND ROAD NAMES

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 434.95, the Queensbury Town Board adopted a list of names
for private driveways and roads in the Town in connection with the 911 addressing system, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to add “Ball Boulevard,” a private roadway to serve lots
308.6-1-15 and 308.6-1-16 located off Amy Lane, to the Town’s list of private driveways and road
names,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby adds “Ball Boulevard” to the Town of
Queensbury’s list of private driveways and roads, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Highway
Department to arrange for installation of the necessary poles and street signs identifying “Ball
Boulevard,” and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that any expenses associated with this Resolution shall be paid for from the
appropriate account.
