Dembosk1 made a motion to approve sub- ject to seeing the final plans. Sinnott seconded, carried. Supervisor Webster asked about the King proposal for a Transient Mobil HOaBe Court on South side of Farm-to-Market Roa.d. We told him this would be permitted under the proposed Zonding Ordinance. oJ Mrs. Eva Runnals ... 9 Main Street, Corinth Road,West Glens Falls appeared to protest the use by a neighbor of his pro- perty for tractor trailers. We told her we could do nothing. Mr. and Mrs. Gilheancy and Dr. Bur..t(ick appeared to request a professional office zone on the Nòrtb of Aviation Road. They suggested allowing this zone on any highway with a cer- tain traffic count. <.~T~ Houghton (for Rogers) vanDusen( for White), 'Webster and Codner discussed an industrial park proposal which would be East of Ridge with a road to go from ,Hicks Road to Quaker Road. Access would be necessary across another property or two near Quaker Road. Houghton presented revised layout and plans for garden apart- ments at corner of Cronin and Meadowbrook for Tom Rogers #9-65. Approved minu'l:.es of 7/6, 8/3, 8/25 and 9/7. Secretary to write a letter of appreciation to Oliver Laakso. Letter from George Sevale read on Zoning change for Duplex Houses.
