Sinnott, Arberger, Mrs. Arberger, Geruso Minutes ot last meeting were approved (I John Sinnott of Ad1rondack Credit Serv1ce, whose res- idence is on Chestnut Ridge was introduced as a new member at our Planning Board to replace Simmonds who did not wish to be reappointed. Hrso Arberger presented a proposed development be- t\.¡een Big Boom Road and the Hudson River Ul4-64. We requested contours, lot layout and si.zes and Street & Subdivision Names. Norton presented a copy of a letter from Supervisor Webster stating that the town accepted the Hovey-\vard Developmen t on 3rd street extension.
