WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills presented as

Warrants with run dates of August 5 and August 13, 2009 and respective payment dates of August 5,

2009 and August 18, 2009,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with run dates of

August 5 and August 13, 2009 and respective payment dates of August 5 and August 18, 2009
totaling $14,725 and $1,154,893.77, respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
