WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills presented as

Warrants with run dates of August 25 and September 10, 2009 and respective payment dates of

August 25, 2009 and September 15, 2009,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with run dates of
thththth
August 25 and September 10, 2009 and respective payment dates of August 25 and September 15,
2009 totaling $63,705.44 and $1,009,923.26, respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
