Sorrentino recommended that the Town Board adapt a Builà-
'iag COðè'to elimin.atê bad building conditions in the future
that have been found existing. Also suggested the consld-
, erat~on of a housing code 'for maintenance or buildings.
Discussed Fire Distriots in the light of the construction
or the Northway and Quaker Roads since the districts were
drawn up 'and possibility of revising these districts.
Dlsc~ssed the possible need for additional school facilities
for Queensbury Union Free School Dis tric t #2.
Sorrentino presented maps showing the conditions of the
Town roads. Houghly 70-73% are improved sound. about 5%
are improved.. neeã1ng repairs and about 20% are unimproved.
