Dear Dave: In compliance with application approvals granted by the Town of Queensbury I offer the following regarding the referenced project. As you are aware the Mason residence transferred to the ownership of the Freihofer family after the permit was issued. The design plans, prepared by this office and reviewed and approved by the Town as associated with the wastewater system application,are as follows: Proposed Wastewater Improvements For The Mason Residence • Sheet S-1 Cover Sheet AS 7 LT Sheet S-2 Existing Conditions a' Sheet W-3 Wastewater Variance Plan • Sheet W-4 Wastewater Details Dated:April 30, 2019 During the course of construction I was on the job site to observe key components of the system installation culminating with the start-up/programming of the pump assembly and control panel system on June 18,2020. The field location of the septic tank, pump tank,the wastewater absorption system and D-Box have been installed as per the approved design plan so no further`As- built' plan is provided. I have provided a print of the Design Plan marked as `As-Built'for your file. Based on my inspection of the system start-up it is my opinion that the wastewater system is in compliance with the intent of the approved design plan and is ready for operation.
