In accordance with your request, this letter certifies that Jarrett Engineers, PLLC will witness test pits in
the area of the leaching system at the start of construction as noted on the design plans. The test pits will
be completed before the leaching system is initiated, and the results will be documented on record plans
for the system. Should the results of the investigation dictate a modification in the design, we will contact
your office to advise you of the modification.
