1. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
2. Will meat with the Town Board on September 2. 1965 at
8:30 to present the concept plan.
3. Discussed the concept plan in text..
Questioned school in Western Park - Sorrentino feels this
will upgrade the residential in the area.
Discussed the reserve area. Developmènt oan be carried
out in this area along as %It is large enough and has
all necessary facilities and services.
Commerc:Lal can be included in residential ~nes 1f
they meet conditions set up for it and 1f in accordance
with the Master Plan.

Sorrent:tno said we could investigate the New Housing Law
which sets up substantiû grants'for community centerso
No money has been approved tor this yet.::·

which is a higher class than. we had been pJ.annirig on.
5. Discussed the Hillcrest Problem and felt we should try
to keep this area residential. 11" we let commercial be
established along Aviation Road this will gradual1y eat
into the area back of this.
