Bay and Haviland Roads Queensbury, New York 12804 Att : David Hatin Dear Dave: Enclosed please find information relating to the following two projects you recently inspected: 1 . ) Mary and Paul Vercesi I have enclosed a building permit application, a map of the site and diagrams showing where the windows are to be placed. At your site inspection, you determined that the installation of the windows would not require site plan reviews or variances , but that a building permit "might" be required. If one is required, please process as soon as you can as the windows will arrive this week and the customer would love to have them installed "yesterday" . If a permit is not required , please let me know. 2 . ) James and Deborah Mason I have enclosed a copy of a sketch plan which was a part of our submission to you for pernit #87-889. This permit was granted on December 28, 1987 and has been extended several times . The current expiration date is September 1 , 1989 . The permit calls for construction of a 14 'x24 ' garage , a 4 'x12 ' addition to the main body of the house , a 5 'x8 ' walkway between the existing house and new garage , as well as the demolition of a 10 'x20 ' porch. As I mentioned to you previously, Jim' s plans have changed and he no longer wants to demolish the 10 'x20 ' porch. He intends to repair the foundation under the porch and install new windows in the porch. He also does not want to install the 4 'x12 ' addition. He still intends to install the 5 'x8 ' walkway and 14 'x24 ' garage . As per our conversation, I am requesting that you amend the permit accordingly. Best , John A. Mason Enc .
