1. Minutes of last meeting were approved.
2.. Welcomed l.loyd Demb~oSki as our new member to take
Bob Deans place..
30 Griffin presenteõ #11-65 Edgewood Park at Sweet and
Country Club Roads. Discussed the possibility of
connecting to Laakso's Old Orchard Development. Norton
and Laakso will visit site and talk with Griffin. Griffin
would like an approval of the location of the road to his
home so the power company will put in power. We agreed
that this is the logical place for the road and this can
be conveyed to the power company as long as the to"Vm doesn I t
have to take over this road yet. Griffin ~greed..
40 VanDusen presented a development #12-65 for Zenas Hewitt
of Dixon Road. He would like acceptance of part of this.
Felt this was generally satisfactory but we would like
larger lots.
5. Norton reported on a talk with Daniel Cotter, District
Sanitary Engineer with the Glens Falls Ofticeof the
New York State Health Department. He agreed to our feel-
ing that the Health Department shoul¢! give final approval
between our preliminary and final approvals. Hekler said
we should not give final approval until the Health Depart-
ment has approved the plans.
