RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING JOSEPH FUSCO AS MEMBER OF
TOWN RECREATION COMMISSION

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury
Recreation Commission in accordance with applicable New York State Law, and
WHEREAS, the term of Recreation Commission member Joseph Fusco has expired and Mr.
Fusco wishes to be reappointed to the Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints Joseph Fusco to serve as a

member of the Town of Queensbury Recreation Commission until his term expires on December 31,
2016.
