This is a standard activity permit issued based on a riparian owner's written request for the repair or replacement of wharf structures. This permit was.issued in accordance with the-applicable provisions of the Park Commission's rules and regulations (6 NYCRR 645 & 646) and the Environmental Conservation law, under a special delegation agreement with the Department of Environmental Conservation who normally issues these approvals. . The permit is valid only for the repair or replacement of legally existing wharfs and their supporting structures with no change in size, shape or location. Please review the general and special conditions included on the permit; these are intended to minimize any environmental disturbance associated with the authorized activity.
