Neha, Route 9. W?nt two (2) additional signs. See no
reason to grant this. Will act on later.
2. Keller - Variance #54. Petrie, Dunhams Bay. Wish to
build on existing non-conforming lot. No comment. Will
act on later.
3. Keller - Variance #55. Meadowrun Development Co., Avia=
tion Road. Wish new sign on side property line. for
Blacksmith Shop. Feel this will be in harmony with area.

2. Feigenbaum and Harry L. Robinson, Attorney, appeared for
N.B.C. They wish to build transfer operation with retail
store at corner of Quaker Road and Lafayette. In C-2
zone. Will discuss in executive session.
3. William Mahoney appeared for Clemens, Meadowbrook and
Ridge Roads. Has asked Town Bo~rd for Ché"nge of Zone.
Referred to us. We turned down. Feels we did not have
complete information. We feel this should not be a
change of zone.

in harmony with character of area. Will act on later.

patrick, and carried to approve as this would be in har-
mony with the character of the area.

and carried to return with no comment.

and carried to approve as this would be in harmony with
the area as covered under Section 10.2=02c of the Zoning
Ordinance.

16. Kushner reported on meeting of the Metropolitan Planning
Board Ad=hoc committee. Discussed State Department of
Transportation Report. Motion was made by Austin, second=
ed by Little, and carried as follows: Resolved that the
Planning Bo?rd of the Town of Queensbury endorses and re-
commends to the Town Board of the Town of Cueensbury that
they endorse the corridor Alternative'N' shown in the
New York State Department of Transportation report on
'Additioné'll Alternë>tive Test Plans for the Glens Falls

17. Kushner announced the Annuël Planning Institute to be
held October 20, 21 and 22, 1968. He and Norton will
attend.
18. Norton presented Tisinger, Woodlawn Park Section 3.
#5~68. Austin ?nd Kirkpatrick will visit.
19. Norton reported on visit to site with Kushner of #4~68
Land~O-Pines, Section 2. Kushner will discuss with
developer.
20. Kushner reported that the Ad-hoc Metropolitan Planning
Board hopes to hold meetings in esthetics of subdivisions.
