RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADOPTION OF FEE SCHEDULE FOR
COPIES REQUESTED TO QUEENSBURY TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE
RESOLUTION NO.: 86, 2010

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Clerk has requested Town Board authorization of
adoption of a fee schedule setting forth fees for copies requested to the Town Clerk’s Office, and
WHEREAS, a copy of the proposed new fee schedule has been presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes adoption of the fee schedule
for copies requested to the Queensbury Town Clerk’s Office substantially in the form presented at this
meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that such fee schedule shall take effect immediately, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Clerk and Town
Budget Officer to take any and all action necessary to effectuate the fee schedule and all terms of this
Resolution.
