Wish ,to add a bar tl') the present golf shop and change bhe present bar to 2 apartments. Will discuss fur- ther later. 5. Keller presented Special Use Permit #8 Dunhams B~y Boat Co. Route 9L wish to building bl')at storage and display building 60' x 100' beside the Owners house. Will act on later. 6. Discussed lack of enforcement of the zoning ordinance. Will act on later. 7. Received application for a 2 lot subdivision from Dr. pnd Mrs. Hauser on Lake George. Will discuss further later. 8., Received a request for a change of zone from R-4 to C-l for Clinton Mosher at the Luzerne and Western Ave intersection in West Glens Falls. Will act on later. Reau1ar Meetina 8:20 ;:, 1. Minutes of last meeting approved. 2. Attorney Robert 'I'ierney ë'lppeared with Dr. pnd Mrs. Hauser to dsscuss the proposed subdivision. Dr. Hauser plans to move an existing building to Lot A and build a new year~ round home on Lot B. The two neig'hbors.hé've told the Owners tbat tbey do not obj ect . Norton é'nd Cushing are assigned to visit the site and report back to the board. 3. Attorney William Bacas appeared with Mr. and Mrs. Scherer and Mr. Harto re: Special Use Permit #7. The bar would be a 20' x 401 addition totbe 26' x 30' golf club house. The existing building, will be remodeled for 3 apartments. ~.a.r ~ Sidney VanDusen appeared to ask about.pë'rJdng. John McAndre\..;s appeared for Variance #80 Northway Plaza and shmved plans and details. Little and Cushing will review this an~ rf;:port back to.tþ~ Board. S.Steve Zemanek appeared reI QUçke~ Village, corner Bey and Quaker RoaàS.' His plans were reviewed and discussed. Austin ~nd Kushner will review and report back to the Board. 6. ~1r. and HI's. Alger MEson é'ppeared reI building of new cottages at C1everda1e in Lé'ke George. Kushner stated that this involved an interpretation of the Zoning Ord- inance and advised Mason to go to the Zoning Board of Appeals. 7. Norton made a motion, seconded by Kirkpatrick, and carried to return to the Zoning B~ard of Appeals t~ determine if this is in ê C-l or R-3 zone. If this is in the C-l zone this would be permitted as a local retail business. If this is in the R-3 zone this special use permit ,is approved. 11. Received a letter from Hedges re: Hauser,Referred to Norton pnd Cushing. 12. Received from Roger Hegue, secretary of the Ad. Hoc. Bend of the River Committee information in Sewage con- tracts. 13. Received a letter from Herubin, Albany, N.Y. offering nis services as a consultant on planning and engineering. 14. Received maps prepared by the State Office of Planning Coordination.. 15. Received announcement of a course to be offered by Adir- ondack Conmunity College on "Elements of Envir':mmental Planning" by Robert Bristol to start M?rch 6th. 16. Norton made a motion, seconded by Cushing and carried stating: We are concerned over the lack of enforcement of the zoning ordinence and urge the Town Board to take immediate steps to see that the ordin?nce is enforced. 170 Next meeting, February 12, 1969 et 7~30 P.M.
